DeLude Communications is looking to add an energetic, creative professional to our Team at this fast-paced, quickly-growing Marketing and Communications agency on Cape Cod. The Account Manager plays an important role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. This position involves understanding client needs and delivering results based on client business objectives. The Account Manager serves as a primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals.
  • Act as a main point of contact, providing timely responses to queries and concerns.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms and email communication including copy, images, video, while ensuring content is consistent with brand identity.
  • Monitor client social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and interactive online community surrounding the brand.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and relevant community partners to increase brand reach and engagement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with client marketing and communication goals.
  • Create marketing campaigns and strategies for clients; run campaigns using various media channels.
  • Identify target audience and develop content to meet their preferences.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and present results to clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, competition, and emerging platforms and technologies to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or complementary marketing solutions to existing clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Public Relations, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Highly creative with experience in marketing, social media management or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of social media, email marketing platforms and digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software for data analysis and reporting a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Graphic design experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics.
